They were cheaper than most places I looked at, which definitely caught my attention. At the same time, prices that low make me a little wary, so I’d need a bit more consistency before I fully trust them.

I accidentally ordered the wrong item, which was totally my mistake, but trying to exchange it ended up being kind of annoying. I had to send a few emails back and forth, and the return instructions weren’t super clear at first. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely more frustrating than it needed to be.

I ordered a couple of accessories from Bereli, shipping was fine and I didn’t really have any issues there. The prices seemed fair too, so that part was good. My main problem was the compatibility info. One item was listed like it should work with my setup, it was a little off and I had to mess with it to make it fit right. Another part fit perfectly though, so it was kind of a mixed experience. Customer service did get back to me, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked. I might order from them again, but I’d definitely double check everything myself first. Three stars feels about right.
